It all started with a cookie. A sugar cookie, cut out and decorated to look like a pig. It was made in a factory in China. Sarah Elton bought the cookie in Canada. That knowledge was the instigator that caused Elton, a food columnist and journalist, to set out on a mission to understand more about the foods we eat and where they come from.
